At The Clay Factory, every piece is handmade with care — and we make sure that care extends all the way to your door.
Packaging Each item is individually wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to keep it safe and secure on its journey to you. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time All items are made to order, and each clay piece goes through a careful process — hand-crafting, drying, glazing, and drying again — which takes approximately 2–4 days. I get this done as quickly as I can for you without rushing, as I never want to sacrifice quality. Please be patient with me if I need an extra day or two during busy times — I will always let you know when your items are ready to ship!
