Made-to-Order Items Because our made-to-order pieces are crafted especially for you, they are non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
